The Department recognizes and appreciates the vital role accredited and approved adoption service providers play in the intercountry adoption process. On January 23, 2026, the Center for Excellence in Adoption Services (CEAS) renewed the accreditation of Bellefaire Jewish Children’s Bureau to provide adoption services for intercountry adoptions. Bellefaire Jewish Children’s Bureau’s accreditation is valid through January 31, 2030.
